Summertime Smoothie Bowl

This my most basic recipe for a quick smoothie bowl when you’re short on time but want a cold, sweet treat!

Summertime Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 Orange
  • 1 1/2 Frozen Bananas
  • 1 Handful Spinach
  • 1/3 cup Hemp Milk
  • 1 cup Ice
  • 1 cup Frozen Chopped Pineapple
  • 1 serving Plant Protein Powder (I used the Care/Of Vanilla Plant Protein)
  • 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder

  • You can use whatver toppings you'd like: I used Oat Honey Granola, Strawberries, Raspberries, Orange slices, Trader Joe's Super Seeds and Ancient Grain Blend, 1/2 sliced Banana

Instructions:

  1. Blend Hemp Milk, Ice, Protein Powder, Spinach, Frozen Pineapple, Turmeric Powder, and the juice of 1/2 an orange.

  2. Serve in a bowl and add toppings!
