I have curated and developed these 12 juice recipes just for you and your body. Each recipe highlights one area of your anatomy that will be especially blessed by the ingredients in that juice. For example: heart, liver, skin, mood, and libido.

I have been juicing for about 5 years now. I started out by buying and trying different juice cleanses. I loved how I felt drinking fresh juice! I felt like my stomach was singing me praises and my skin started to glow! Next, I found myself working at a health food cafe and learned so much about juicing and smoothies there. After that job, I started juicing for myself and posting about my creations on social media. Soon enough, I was making and selling my own version of a three-day juice cleanse out of my kitchen! I fell in love with the way my kitchen smelled after making so many juices. I loved going out and buying tons of produce at farmers' markets and experimenting with different vegetables and fruits.

Fresh pressed juice should not be the only source of plants you get in your diet, but it is a great place to start. It is an easy way to start implementing things you might be scared of - like greens, superfoods, roots, and herbs!
